At Hunkwear, we are committed to delivering premium-quality gymwear and lifestyle products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 Days of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags and packaging must still be attached.

Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, socks, and water bottles may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Hunkwear reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:

Incorrectly supplied
If you require a size exchange, customers may request an exchange subject to stock availability. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the error was on Hunkwear’s side.
Sale Items
Items purchased during sales, promotions, clearance campaigns, or with discount codes may not qualify for refunds. Exchanges may be allowed depending on stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Worn or washed garments

Items without original tags

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked courier service, as Hunkwear cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, the standard return process will apply.
