At Hunkwear, we are committed to delivering your order as efficiently and securely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing an order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

During high-volume periods, launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery time is between 5–14 business days, depending on your location and courier operations.

Please note:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier backlogs, public holidays, customs, strikes, or other circumstances beyond Hunkwear’s control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details and contact information are entered correctly at checkout.

Hunkwear is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, responsibility for transit and delivery lies with the courier service.

Hunkwear is not liable for:

  • Packages lost in transit

  • Delivery delays caused by courier operations

  • Stolen packages after confirmed delivery

  • Incorrect delivery addresses submitted by customers

If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, Hunkwear reserves the right to deny refund or replacement claims.

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in opening courier investigations where applicable.

Incorrect Address Information

If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address:

  • Hunkwear is not responsible for lost parcels or failed deliveries.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery attempts.

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before completing checkout.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours  of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the package and items received

  • A description of the issue
